The trial unlocks everything except SSO, envelope encryption and BYOK, for up to 5 users, 500 pages and 60 voice minutes per user. There is no free plan: when the trial ends, the workspace locks until you choose a plan.

For ministries, municipalities, firms and in-house teams that buy through procurement. Every module and connector, single sign-on, your own encryption keys, and invoice billing on Net 30. It starts with a briefing and a live verification run on a file you have already released.

Pages are a monthly workspace allowance. Unused pages do not roll over and overage is never billed automatically. Self-serve checkout charges DKK; EUR is shown for reference.

Billing, allowances and what happens after the trial.
There is no free plan. After 30 days the workspace locks until an admin chooses a plan in Billing or you sign an Enterprise agreement. No card is taken during the trial, so nothing is charged automatically.
Each plan includes a monthly page allowance for the whole workspace. It is a soft cap: new processing is blocked at 105% of the allowance until the next month or an upgrade. Unused pages do not roll over and overage is never billed automatically. Chats and transcripts count as pages.
A person with their own login in the workspace. Each plan has a named-user cap, shown on the plan cards and in the comparison above. Enterprise goes up to 1,000.
Audio you redact with Conversation Redact uses voice minutes. Each named user adds the plan's minutes to one monthly pool for the workspace. Enterprise has no minute cap. Chats and transcripts use pages instead.
Self-serve plans are charged in DKK through Stripe. EUR prices are shown for reference. Enterprise agreements are invoiced on the terms you sign.

Outbound Guard is included in Enterprise and in the trial. On Starter, Pro and Firm it is an add-on at 10 € per user per month. Teams that only need Outlook protection can buy the standalone Outbound Guard seat.
