  • AI off, or AI in the EUAn admin can switch AI off for the whole organization, and then no content goes to any AI provider. When it is on, it runs on OVHcloud AI Endpoints in the EU.

What this team asks first

Is this an eDiscovery platform?

No. Northdocs is the redaction and production step: find personal data, review it, remove it, verify the output, and assemble the pack. It sits beside your DMS and review platform.

Which connectors are generally available?

SharePoint is on Firm. iManage Work, HighQ, and S3 are on Enterprise. Datasite is in beta. NetDocuments is not supported. Every connector is available during the trial.

Does the production portal prove who downloaded?

It records that a download happened through your link, with time, IP, user agent, and the SHA-256 of the file. It does not verify identity. The recipient accepts your terms before access, and you can revoke the link at any time.

Can we produce native Word and Excel files?

Yes, native redacted output is available for Word and Excel. Other formats, PowerPoint included, are produced as PDF. The verification guarantee applies to the PDF path; native Office output follows its own rules.
