Open Outbound Guard on a draft, choose Wipe or Tokens, scan subject and body, then clean.

Inspect attachments on Send
PDF and Office files are inspected at send time. If a file needs permanent redaction, that is a separate Northdocs Redact job, not the default warning.

- No. Outbound Guard is send-time personal-data protection for Outlook. SoftBlock can be limited to external recipients via trusted domains. It complements M365 DLP. See the product page for the honest Purview overlap.
- Can we buy Outbound Guard without the full Northdocs suite?
- Yes. Outbound Guard is a lighter per-mailbox SKU: Outlook deploy, correspondent directory, accountability pack. Cases / Redact is the primary product for disclosure packs. Enterprise and Trial include both.
