ESDH write-back certification

Sandbox evidence checklist for Danish ESDH connectors before production write-back.

Use a non-production journal case. Do not write back into live citizen cases.

Audience: Northdocs solutions plus kommune IT. Plan: Trial or Enterprise with connectors. Use a non-production case in WorkZone, Nova, F2, Acadre, SBSYS, or GetOrganized. Do not write back into live citizen cases.

Prerequisites: connectors entitlement; public HTTPS API base or active Enterprise private link (+ token URL if required); integration client id/secret or service user; a sandbox case id; Northdocs org admin.

    Connect

    Integrations → choose ESDH provider → Connect → enter API base (and token URL) → Connect with credentials (or mock first). Evidence: connector status connected, no lastError.

    Scope

    set root/case id to the sandbox case only. Evidence: browse shows only that case's documents.

  3. 3

    Import

    browse the case; import one allowed PDF. Evidence: document in a Northdocs case with source provenance; processing starts.

    Redact

    review → apply → verify succeeds. Evidence: redacted export; verify green.

    Write-back (sandbox)

    choose create-new for all ESDH providers. WorkZone and WorkZone-style Nova can also use native-version mode with an existing sandbox document id. Run certification and confirm SHA-256 verified.

    Audit

    confirm connector.connect, connector.import, connector.writeback. Evidence: audit screenshot or CSV snippet.

  7. 7

    Teardown

    disable write-back; disconnect when the pilot ends.

Pass criteria (all required): scoped sandbox import; verify before trusting export; selected certification mode succeeds; read-back SHA-256 matches; evidence downloaded; admin sign-off recorded; no live citizen-case write-back.

Automated evidence: Integrations stores each pending, passed, or failed run with local and remote hashes. Download the JSON bundle and record customer sign-off on a passed run. CI proof: npx tsx scripts/test-esdh-connectors.ts and npx tsx scripts/test-writeback-cert.ts must pass.
