Fast Track review

Entity-first triage: accept one person or organization once and every instance follows.

Fast Track groups detections into entities (normalized text within a category, plus name-variant clustering for people and organizations). You decide a person once instead of clicking every highlight.

Accept once. Linked emails, phones, and addresses follow that person.

Identity dossiers bundle a person or organization with linked details. Accept or keep the whole card together.

Identities across the case

Case Identities (on the case page) match the same person across every file in the case. Accept or keep there to pre-decide pending detections in sibling documents. Each document still applies and verifies on its own before download. Fast Track accept and keep writes who decided onto the case decision log, so you can later answer who accepted a person, a CPR, or a third party.

Keyboard shortcuts

AAccept the focused row or selected box
SKeep it visible in the output
NNext value
EEdit the pseudonym

They apply to the focused Fast Track row or the box you selected on the page. Autoflow walks remaining values one by one and turns category filters off so every highlight stays visible. Use Accept all / Keep all on a category header for bulk actions.

False positives and merges

  • Remove false positives with FP (the detection is discarded, unlike Keep which leaves it visible).
  • When one thing is written several ways, pick Merge with on the row menu, tick the other spellings, and choose which one stays as the label.
  • Separate values puts them back.
