Person 1, Email 1, and Address 1 stay linked to the same dossier across the case.
Under Settings → Pseudonyms, set a template per category using tokens like {prefix}, {seq}, and {letter}. Choose numeric, alpha, or roman formatting and an optional sequence start.
Tokens are identity-linked across a case: Person 1, Email 1, and Address 1 belong to the same dossier. Group related files into a Case so Fast Track identities stay consistent.
Manual overrides on a single entity in Fast Track (E key) take precedence for that entity. Changing the scheme later does not rewrite already-applied PDFs; re-apply if you need new tokens in the output.
