Create a magic-link invite for an external email. Northdocs generates the link only; you send it yourself. Recipients open /share/:token without a full organization seat and can view and download completed redacted documents. External sharing is available on Firm, Trial, and Enterprise.
Counterparty-safe downloads prefer redacted outputs and hide pending detections. Do not share a working file that still has pending Fast Track decisions.
External sharing is a collaboration link for people you already know. For a Bates-stamped production with a withheld schedule and download receipts, use the Production portal module instead.
Rotate or revoke a link from the case Share tab if the recipient should no longer have access.
