How the board is organized
- Risk heat separates overdue requests, requests due within 48 hours, requests due within 7 days, later deadlines, paused clocks, and responded requests.
- Filter by risk, jurisdiction, or Mine. Mine includes cases you own or cases where you are an assignee. All accessible includes every case your current role and case assignments permit.
- Rows are sorted by due date and show the case, applicant, jurisdiction, owner and assignees, remaining days, open consultation count, and clock status.
Select a case name to open its FOI / DSAR tab. Clock changes made there appear in the cockpit when the board refreshes.
Export CSV downloads the currently filtered rows. Spreadsheet formula prefixes are escaped before download.
