Open a Case to use Legal Binder Studio and External sharing. Both require Firm, Trial, or Enterprise.
Binders: arrange documents, customize the TOC (fonts, columns, subheadings, stamps), then export the pack from the case. Prefer completed (redacted) documents when sharing with counterparties. See the Legal Binder Studio article.
External share: create a magic-link invite. Northdocs generates the link only; you send it yourself. Recipients open /share/:token without a full organization seat and can view and download completed redacted documents. Rotate or revoke from the case Share tab.
For a Bates-stamped production with a withheld schedule and download receipts, use the Production portal module instead of a working share link.
